Belfast Trust Vaccination Centres are offering vaccination to all patients aged over 18 for 1st, 2nd & Booster Vaccines. Please bring ID.  No Appointment needed.

Tested Negative for Covid 19 but still have a persistent cough for more than 3 weeks ?  - Please contact us and make an appointment to have a telephone consultation with a GP.

Do  have any of the following symptoms : 

 Cough, loss of taste smell, sore throat, difficulty breathing, fever.  DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY.   Please follow the advice on the Public Health Agency website  www.publichealth.hscni.net  If you have no access to this website please contact the NHS Helpline 111

If you need a REPEAT prescription you can either contact the surgery as normal by phone after 10am each day or email your prescription request to Reception.Z00166@gp.hscni.net stating the medications you require and nominate a local pharmacy for these to be forwarded to. Please only order medications which are due.  

  

In order to manage the current Covid19 pandemic we would asked you to follow the guidelines below

COVID 19 IMMUNISATION PROGRAMME -  Spring boosters are currently being offered to those patients aged over 75 and the clinically extremely vunerable only.  If  your are eligible you will be contacted either by this surgery or by the Hospital clinic you currently attend    

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN ASKED TO BY THE DOCTOR ON DUTY ON THAT DAY.  

PRESCRIPTIONS CAN BE REQUESTED ONLINE @ Reception.Z00166@gp.hscni.net Please nominate a local chemist you would like your prescription sent to and leave a contact telephone number in case the Doctor or pharmacist would like to speak to you regarding your prescription.

OR by phoning the usual number after 10am each morning. 

Only order prescriptions that are due -  and that you are normally prescribed.
